On your mark, get set, go – sign up for the annual Bengal 5K Run & Fun Walk, on Saturday, March 14, 2009, at 9:30 a.m., on the Buffalo State College campus. Proceeds benefit the Buffalo State Alumni Association’s Legacy Scholarship Fund. Legacy scholarships are awarded annually to Buffalo State students who are children and grandchildren of alumni. Pre-registration fee: $16 – Buffalo State Alumni/Faculty/Staff; $10 Student (pre-registration by March 11); $18 and $12 respectively (after March 11).

Pre-registration begins at 8 a.m. in the Buckham Campus School Lobby. The race starts near the corner of Rockwell Road and Rees Street. Following the race, enjoy a fun Post-Race Bengal Brunch with awards, fabulous door prizes, and lots of great food and refreshments.
