Freshman swimmer Laura Pino (Sanborn/Niagara-Wheatfield) and divers Nicole Rutkowksi (Williamsville/Williamsville North), Amanda Dory (Amherst/Sweet Home) and Megan Stull (Victor/Victor) were the Buffalo State Athletes of the Week.

The 200-yard free relay team was a last second entry that clinched a 125-118 victory over William Smith on Saturday at Kissinger Pool. The team sprinted past the Herrons "A" Relay Team to touch second and help the Bengals overcome a six-point deficit in the final event of the meet. The victory was the second straight win for the Bengals, who defeated Penn State Behrend the night before.

Buffalo State will compete at the North Country Invitational in Potsdam on November 18 and 19.
