Men's basketball player Jeremy Konst (Williamsville East) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week.

The sophomore guard averaged 21.0 points and seven assists in a pair of road SUNYAC victories. On Friday, he helped the Bengals to an 89-59 win at Oneonta while scoring 19 points and dishing out nine assists. He followed that performance with a 23-point showing in a 74-64 win at New Paltz

Buffalo State will be back in action on December 28 at the Desert Shootout in Las Vegas, NV.
