Buffalo State Places 41 on SUNYAC All-Academic Team; 17 on Commissioner's List
Buffalo State had 40 student-athletes earn SUNYAC All-Academic distinction during the spring semester, while 17 student-athletes qualified for the conference's Commissioner's List.
To qualify for the All-Academic Team, a student must be a varsity athlete for the entire season and must have earned at least a 3.3 grade point average for the spring semester. To be eligible for the Commissioner's List, a student must be a varsity athlete for the entire season and must have maintained a minimum 3.3 cumulative grade point average for at least three semesters.
The following Buffalo State student-athletes appeared on both the All-Academic Team and the Commissioner's List: Tiffany Ciolek (Salamanca), Missy Dispenza (Batavia), Yolande Francis (Buffalo), Matt Helming (Amherst), Mary Keddie (Williamsville), Heidi Rammacher (Angola), Rocky Reeves (Anchorage, AK), Katie Richelt (Amherst), Jillian Rindos (Lancaster), Annie Tallchief (Perrysburg), Steve Thering (Fairport) and Gemanique Tolve (Staten Island).
