Buffalo State's Ciolek Earns ECAC Weekly Track and Field Honors
Buffalo State freshman Ken Ciolek (Limestone/Bradford Area) was named the Division III ECAC Field Athlete of the Week for his standout performance at Saturday's Brockport Invitational.
Ciolek captured four individual championships at the six-team invitational. He placed first in the long jump (6.26m), triple jump (13.21m), high jump (1.87m) and javelin (51.64m).
Ciolek and the Bengals will have a final tune-up at the Slippery Rock Open on April 17 before heading to Cortland for the SUNYAC Championships on April. 23 and 24.
