Buffalo State's Urbanik Named MVP of Hockey Senior All-Star Game

Buffalo State hockey player Joe Urbanik (Calumet City, IL) was named the Most Valuable Player of the Ninth-Annual Eastern College Division Senior All-Star Game on Saturday night at the Stafford Ice Arena in Plattsburgh.

Urbanik, who finished his career with the Bengals in February as the school's all-time leading scorer, led the West Team to a 10-6 victory. The forward scored a game-high three goals and added an assist to complete the four-point night. Buffalo State defenseman Ricardo Hernandez (Eagle River, AK) also represented Buffalo State in the all-star contest.
