Burchfield-Penney and Delish! Team to Present Cooking Party
On Thursday, June 23, at 6:00 pm, the Burchfield-Penney Art Center and Delish!, an innovative new cooking school and pastry shop will team up to present “A Delish! Cooking Party.” This event hosted by Debbie Clark, Delish Inc. and Tom Saia, Iroquois Bar Corp. will allow participants roll up their sleeves, throw on an apron and get ready to have fun at Buffalo’s hottest new culinary experience, while supporting the Burchfield-Penney Art Center.
Chef Debbie Clark, owner of Delish!, will share her epicurean recipes and guide participants in the preparation of an array of savory appetizers. Guests will be divided into culinary teams to create the dishes that will then be shared with the whole group. When the cooking is completed, everyone will relax and enjoy the fruits of their labors while listening to upbeat music and sipping glasses of fine wine. Delish! is located at the corner of Elmwood Avenue and Auburn Avenue in Buffalo.
“I'm thrilled I am to have Burchfield-Penney Art Center's Artful Table event booked as my very first private cooking party at Delish! Delish! will not only support 'culinary artistry' but various local artists as well. We are pleased to be planning continuous exhibits of Buffalo based artists to enhance our beautiful space,” said Debbie Clark, owner of Delish!
The 2005 Artful Table series includes 19 unique events which bring together extraordinary artists, remarkable chefs and wonderful hosts. Each of these celebrations will take place on selected dates in and around Western New York. For a complete listing of Artful Tables, please visit www.burchfield-penney.org.
