Burke Named SUNYAC Men's Hockey Player of the Week
Buffalo State's Sean Burke (Barrie, ON/St. Peter's) was named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Men's Hockey Player of the Week.
The junior forward scored two goals and two assists in a pair of games against ranked opponents last week. Burke had a hand in both goals in a 4-2 loss at No. 14 Hobart on Tuesday, scoring once and assisting on the other. He also had a goal and an assist in a 4-4 tie at sixth-ranked Fredonia on Friday.
Burke leads the Bengals with 13 goals and 27 points.
