Cross Country Finishes Season at NCAA Regionals

Buffalo State's cross country teams concluded their seasons today at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals at the University of Rochester, as the women placed 20th of 28 teams and the men finished 24th of 32.

Jenny Vacanti (Niagara Falls/Niagara Wheatfield) paced the Buffalo State women, finishing 57th of 207, clocking 24:39.7 for 6,000 meters. Paul Mesi (Clarence/Clarence) was the top Bengal finisher on the men's side, placing 125th of 231 runners with a time of 28:13.7 over the 8,000-meter course.
