Cross Country Runs at Geneseo Invitational
Buffalo State's cross country teams competed at the Geneseo Invitational today, with the men placing 11th of 18 teams with 318 points, and the women finishing 10th of 16 teams with 267 points.
Paul Mesi (Clarence/Clarence) led the Bengals on the men's side, finishing 43rd of 186 runners with a time of 27:23 over the 8K course.
Aleksandra Halter (Clarence/Clarence) led the women's team over a 5K course, placing 37th of 172 runners in 19:57. Jenny Vacanti (Niagara Falls/Niagara Wheatfield) finished 47th with a time of 20:16.
Buffalo State will travel to the Hamilton Invitational next Saturday.
