CORTLAND, NY—Cortland scored the final five goals of the game to stun visiting Buffalo State (2-7-2/1-3-2) with a 5-3 victory in a SUNYAC game tonight at Alumni Arena.

D’Arcy Thomas (Gatineau, PQ), Nick Petriello (St. Catharines, ON) and Ryan Ramage (Ft. Erie, ON) all scored for Buffalo State to give the Bengals a 3-0 lead in the second period. Cortland roared back, however, scoring five unanswered goals, including and empty netter. The Red Dragons outshot Buffalo State, 38-20

Buffalo State will host Lebanon Valley for a pair of non-conference games next Friday and Saturday.
