Men’s Soccer Pulls Away From Pitt-Bradford, 4-1
BUFFALO, NY—Four different Bengals scored as Buffalo State (6-4-1) handled visiting Pitt-Bradford (1-9), 4-1, today in a non-conference game at Coyer Field.
After the teams traded goals in the early going, Buffalo State netted the final three goals of the contest to cruise to victory. Christian Elizondo (Marlboro/Marlboro), Aaron Gollegly (Boston/Kenmore West), Joshua Mitchell (Schenectady/S. Colonie) and Gary Luniewski (Bethpage/E. Meadow) all scored for the Bengals. Tony Schiappa (Williamsville/ Williamsville East) added two assists.
Buffalo State outshot Pitt-Bradford, 23-4.
Buffalo State will host Cortland on Friday at 4 p.m.
