OSWEGO, NY--Buffalo State competed in a dual meet at Oswego today, and the men were defeated 137-91 and the women fell 123-102.

Eric Hastings (Wilmington, DE/Mt. Pleasant) earned the first win of the day for the Bengals, touching first in the 1,650 free in a season best time of 17:56.88. Dave Papke (Woodlawn/St. Francis) also captured a first place finish in the 50 free, clocking 23.81. Kevin Buisman (Penfield/Penfield) added a first place touch in the 100 breast in 1:05.16.

On the women's side, Sara Weinert (S. Byron/Byron-Bergen) won the 100 back in a season best time of 1:02.42. Kelly Stoklosa (W. Seneca/W. Seneca East) also placed first in the 100 breast with a time of 1:10.47.

Buffalo State will host its final dual meet of the season next Saturday against Brockport at 1 p.m.
