Spaces Still Available for Buffalo State's Restaurant Institute

Applications are still being accepted for Buffalo State College’s second Restaurant Institute, a semester-long crash course and seminar for aspiring restaurateurs. 

The institute is a collaborative program initiated by the college’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Hospitality and Tourism Department.  Click here for an in-depth look at the Restaurant Institute.
