Theatre du Reve Presents <em>Voir un Ami Pleurer (To See a Friend Cry)</em>
Voir un Ami Pleurer (To See a Friend Cry) will be performed by the acclaimed acting company Theatre du Reve tonight, Wednesday, April 22, at 8:00 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall.
Written in response to the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, the play chronicles the changing relationship between Americans and Europeans and establishes the forgotten links that bind them. The play is performed alternately in French (with projected subtitles) and in English.
This event is presented by the Alliance Francaise de Buffalo in partnership with the Modern and Classical Languages Department. Tickets are $20 in advance/$25 at the door for the general public; $15 in advance/ $20 at the door for Buffalo State faculty and staff; $10 in advance/$15 at the door for all students.
