Women’s Basketball Loses at Oswego

OSWEGO, NY—Oswego (7-8/2-5) forced 35 Buffalo State (5-11/1-6) turnovers in a 69-41 victory in a SUNYAC contest tonight at the Max Ziel Gymnasium.

Toya Parks (Brooklyn/ MLK) led Buffalo State with 13 points and four steals.

Oswego led 31-22 at the intermission and used a 24-3 run in the second half to put the Bengals away. The Lakers converted the 35 Buffalo State turnovers into 41 points and shot 49-percent from the floor. Buffalo State managed to force 29 Oswego turnovers, but shot just 33-percent.

Buffalo State will visit Morrisville tomorrow at 2 p.m.
