Women's Basketball Loses at Plattsburgh, 63-58
PLATTSBURGH, NY--Plattsburgh (6-17/4-10) defeated visiting Buffalo State (8-16/5-10), 63-58, today in a SUNYAC contest at Memorial Hall.
Buffalo State led 31-27 at halftime. Plattsburgh rallied to tie the score at 56-56 with 1:39 remaining and hit a layup and five free throws down the stretch for the win.
Darnika Moseley (Liverpool/Liverpool) led Buffalo State with 20 points and seven rebounds. Toya Parks (Brooklyn/MLK) added 15 points, and Gina Apa (Buffalo/McKinley) had 10.
Buffalo State will wrap up the regular season next Saturday at home against SUNYIT at 2 p.m.
