Women's Basketball Player Jacey Brooks
Women's basketball player Jacey Brooks (Machias/Franklinville) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week.
Brooks averaged 18.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in a pair of games at the Wittenberg Holiday Classic. She scored a career-high 31 points in an 82-73 victory over Centre in the consolation game on Thursday. Brooks was the lone Buffalo State representative on the All-Tournament Team.
Brooks leads the Bengals with 16.3 points-per-game and is second on the team averaging 7.6 rebounds.
