ERIE, PA--Darnika Moseley (Liverpool/Liverpool) registered her third-consecutive double-double to lead Buffalo State (3-5) past Grove City (2-7), 60-49, today in the consolation game of the Penn State Behrend Winter Classic.

Buffalo State opened a 29-20 halftime advantage, but Grove City battle back and took a 36-34 lead early in the second half. The Bengals use a 12-3 run, however, to pull away down the stretch and held on for the 11-point win.

Moseley scored 13 points and had 12 rebounds. Toya Parks (Brooklyn/MLK) scored a team-high 18 points, and Gina Apa (Buffalo/McKinley) had 13 points and seven boards.

Buffalo State will return to action on December 20 against North Central in the Hope College Tournament in Orlando, Fla.
