Buffalo State's women's cross country runners Tiffany Knarr (Iroquois), Aleksandra Halin (Clarence), Tammy Putt (Allegany), Nichole Van Hoesen (Stamford) and Autumn Hensel (Akron) are Buffalo State's Athletes of the Week.

The five point scorers led the Bengals to victory at the Hobart and William Smith Invitational. Knarr was the top Buffalo State finisher, placing 6th with a time of 24:18 on the 6k course. Halin finished seventh, Putt placed ninth, and Van Hoesen and Hensel crossed 13th and 19th respectively in the 51 runner race.
