Buffalo State turned it on in the last five minutes to capture a come-from-behind SUNYAC victory at Fredonia earlier this evening. The Bengals defeated the Blue Devils 9-8 and remain unbeaten this season.

Freshman Erin Silky (Liverpool/Liverpool) led the offense for the Bengals with four goals. Tara Ammerman (Naples/Marcus Whitman) and Leah Bernal (Marilla/Iroquois) each added two goals while Shantel Ackley (Baldwinsville/C.W.Baker) found the back of the net one time.

The Bengals advance to 5-0 overall and 1-0 in SUNYAC play. Buffalo State returns home tomorrow for a 4 p.m. non-conference game against Medaille at Coyer Field.
