Women's lacrosse player Katie Henderson (Lakeview/ Frontier) became the third-consecutive lacrosse player to be named Buffalo State Athlete of the Week. The sophomore health and wellness major helped the Bengals stay unbeaten in SUNYAC play. Henderson scored four goals to help Buffalo State defeat Geneseo for the first time in 13 tries on Tuesday, and then tied a school record for goals in a game with eight in a win at Potsdam on Saturday. She leads the Bengals with 33 goals in eight games.
