Women's Soccer Drops Pitt-Bradford, 2-0
BUFFALO-Barb Kiliszek (Depew/Lancaster) scored twice as Buffalo State (2-4) downed visiting Pitt-Bradford (1-4), 2-0, in a non-conference game today at Coyer Field.
After a scoreless opening period, Kiliszek put the Bengals on the board with an unassisted tally in the 54th minute. She added an insurance marker just 1:21 later with an assist from Jordan Plitt (Manorville/Eastport/S. Manor) to complete the scoring.
Buffalo State controlled play from start to finish, outshooting the Panthers, 20-2. Meghan Jarrell (Hamburg/Hamburg) needed to make just one save for the shutout.
Buffalo State will open SUNYAC play this Saturday at Brockport at 1 p.m.
