Workshop: Job Searching in Today's Economy with Today's Technology
The Buffalo State Alumni Association and Career Development Center will be hosting “Job Searching in Today’s Economy with Today’s Technology, a workshop developed for alumni to help them navigate a successful journey in their job search, on Tuesday, March 24, at 6:00 p.m., in Bulger Communication Center East. Parking is being waived for this event, so you can park in any legal parking faculty/staff or student parking space that’s available (excluding metered spots).
To maximize your chances of finding a job in today’s economy, it is essential to utilize a variety of job search methods to tap into the hidden job market. This workshop will focus on how to expand your job search to more than just the want ads, with emphasis on how to use technology and the Internet to enhance your search. Whether you are looking for employment in WNY or on the West Coast, this workshop will give you the advantage you need to find your next job.
