Alumni Association Seeks Nominations for Distinguished Alumnus Award
Buffalo State College's Alumni Association is seeking nominations for its Distinguished Alumnus Award. The award, presented annually at commencement, honors alumni who have distinguished themselves professionally, within their community and in support of the college and its mission.
The Alumni Association welcomes nominations from alumni, faculty and staff, emeriti, alumni chapters, students, recognized campus organization and friends of the college; self-nominations are also acceptable. A maximum of three awards may be given each year and all nominations remain active for three years. The award is not given posthumously.

The deadline for nominations for the 2003 awards is Sept. 30, 2002.

- High honors or recognition for outstanding community service, and,
- Demonstration of ongoing support for and service to the college.
