The Burchfield Penney Art Center will welcome teachers from across Western New York to the SUNY Buffalo State campus Thursday, October 24, for the annual Evening for Educators.
“This is an evening to show educators what the museum can offer to their students,” said Mary Marino Kozub, education and tour manager at the Burchfield Penney.
The evening’s activities will provide teachers with new lessons they could use in their classrooms, including ceramic and collage workshops. A full list events is available online.
The program is free of charge and proof of professional development credit will be provided. Teachers from all grades are encouraged to attend.
