Buffalo State Wins Substance Abuse Grant
Phyllis Pomerantz, associate professor of social work, was awarded a three-year $931,326 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services's Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Center for Substance Abuse Prevention.
The grant, to be administered with Gateway-Longview, will fund Families United, a program serving high-risk teenage parents and their families.
