Buffalo State sophomore defenseman Mary Cohen (Ann Arbor, MI/Pioneer) was named to the ECAC West Ice Hockey All-Conference honorable mention list today.

Already the Bengals' all-time leading scorer among defensemen, the business major led this year's team with 12 points. Cohen's 10 assists also set a school record for single-season assists by a defenseman. After two seasons, she ranks seventh in school history with 28 points (9 goals and 19 assists) in 42 games. Cohen was selected to the conference all-rookie team a year ago.

Buffalo State finished the season 7-14-2 overall and was 3-9 in league play.
