Buffalo State's Meyer Named NJAC Offensive Football Player of the Week
Buffalo State's Greg Meyer (Lancaster/ Lancaster) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Offensive Football Player of the week after a four-touchdown performance in a 37-14 victory at Morrisville State on Saturday.
Meyer, a junior wide receiver, reeled in four receptions for 124 yards and three receiving touchdowns of 70, 12, and 40 yards each. The health and wellness major also added a 26-yard touchdown run on an end around and finished the day with 150 all-purpose yards.
Meyer and the Bengals will host St. John Fisher, last year's Division III runner-up, in this Saturday's home opener.
