Cohen Named to ECAC West Women's Hockey All-Rookie Team
Buffalo State's Mary Cohen (Ann Arbor, MI/Pioneer) was named to the ECAC West Women's Hockey All-Rookie Team today as the conference announced its 2004-05 All-Star teams.
Cohen was one of two defensemen selected to the team. A business major, she made an instant impact on the ice for the Bengals, setting the school's single season records for assists and points in a season. Cohen finished her freshman campaign with seven goals and nine assists for 16 points.
Buffalo State finished 5-13-1 and 2-10-0 in ECAC West play, but did not have any seniors on this year's roster.
