Connecticut College Slips Past Women's Hockey, 3-2
BUFFALO, NY--Connecticut College (5-6-2) avenged yesterday's one-goal loss with a 3-2 victory over host Buffalo State (4-8-1) today at the Ice Arena.
Buffalo State fought back to tie the score on two separate occasions, but the Camels got the game-winner with just 4:29 remaining. Amanda Uschold (Rochester/Brighton) scored both goals for Buffalo State, and Jessica Thieme (Roselle, IL/Lake Park) had a pair of assists. Meredith Larsen (Ann Arbor, MI/Pioneer) made 22 saves in the loss.
Buffalo State will host a pair of exhibition games against Robert Morris (Ill.) next Saturday and Sunday.
