Cottrell Represents Buffalo State in East Coast Bowl
Senior tight end TJ Cottrell (Williamsville/Williamsville North) represented Buffalo State in the East Coast Bowl in Petersburg, VA, on November 26.
The all-star game for Division II and III seniors drew scouts from the National Football League's (NFL) Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks and Philadelphia Eagles. The coaching staff for both teams were the coaches from the Richmond Rapid of the Arena Football League 2 (AF2).
Cottrell reeled in four catches for 86 yards, as he helped lead the North squad to a 27-21 victory.
