Cross Country Runner AJ Walsh
Cross Country runner AJ Walsh (Hamburg/Frontier) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week.
The junior paced the Bengals at the Oswego Pat Peterson Invitational, finishing sixth of 131 runners with a time of 26:09. It marked the eighth consecutive meet dating back to last season that Walsh was the first Buffalo State runner to cross the finish line.
Walsh and the Bengals will compete at the Hobart/William Smith Invitational this Saturday.
