Cross Country Runner Jenny Vacanti
Cross country runner Jenny Vacanti (Niagara Falls/Niagara Wheatfield) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week.
Vacanti placed sixth of 100 runners at the SUNYAC Championships, becoming the first Buffalo State female to earn First Team All-SUNYAC status since 1996. Vacanti, who has been the Bengals' top finisher in every meet this season, ran the 6K course in 23:42.
