ROCHESTER, NY--Buffalo State’s cross country teams competed at the University of Rochester Invitational today, and the men place eighth of 13, while the women were 10th of 15 teams.

Kyle Fenner (Cicero/ CNS) was top Bengal finisher for the men, finishing 51st of 150 participants, running the 8K course in 27:50. Margaret Hughes (Elmira/ Elmira Free Academy) led Buffalo State’s women, placing 43rd of 164 runners, completing the 5K course in 20:17.

Buffalo State will compete at the SUNYAC Championships next Saturday at Potsdam.
