DeMarco Named SUNYAC Hockey Player of the Week
Buffalo State sophomore forward Mike DeMarco (Niagara Falls/Niagara Falls) was named the SUNYAC Men's Hockey Player of the Week.
DeMarco tallied four goals and two assists as the Bengals opened SUNYAC play 1-0-1. DeMarco had a hand in all four goals in a 4-4 tie against Brockport on Friday, scoring twice and adding a pair of helpers. He chipped in a two more goals on Saturday, in a 6-3 win over Geneseo.
DeMarco is currently third on the team in scoring with five goals and four assists in just five games. The Bengals will travel to Potsdam and Plattsburgh this weekend.
