Linda A. Dobmeier of East Amherst, N.Y., will chair the Buffalo State College Foundation 10th annual Golf and Tennis Scholarship Classic, Sept. 10, 2007, at the Brookfield Country Club, Clarence, N.Y. All proceeds from the event benefit the All College Honors Program, which provides deserving Buffalo State students with opportunities for internships, seminars, research, special on-campus housing, and scholarships. BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York is the presenting sponsor. Dobmeier, who is vice president of Dobmeier Janitor Supply, Inc., located in Buffalo, N.Y., is chair-elect of the Buffalo State College Foundation. She is also a member of numerous philanthropic and community organizations including Roswell Park Cancer Institute Corporation, Amherst Police Foundation, Brothers of Mercy Campus Foundation, FBI Foundation and Niagara Lutheran Home Foundation.
