<em>The Exonerated</em>: February 9-12 and 15-18
Buffalo State and Casting Hall Productions present The Exonerated at the Burchfield Penney Art Center, February 9-12 and February 15-18.
Written by Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen and directed Joseph Price, professor of theater, The Exonerated brings the audience into the real-life stories of six people who have been falsely accused and sentenced to death. The play explores the journey of incarceration and the emotionally charged aftermath of being found innocent.
The cast includes Lee Becker (Gary), Cindy Delaney (Sunny), Ethan Dusharm (Kerry), Travis Emmons (Robert), London Lee (Delbert), and Derick Sherrier (David).
Performances will be held February 9, 10, 12, 15-18 at 8:00 p.m. and February 12 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 general admission; $10 for faculty, staff, alumni, and seniors; $6 for Buffalo State students; and free for high school students with ID. Tickets can be purchased through the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall, by calling (716) 878-3005 or online.
