Fall 2018 Dean's List Scholars Recognized

More than 1,600 students were recognized on the fall 2018 Dean’s List, which features students from around the state, country, and world.

While a majority of the students on the list are from the United States, students from Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, and South Korea were also recognized for their scholarship. Students on the list hail from states like California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Texas.

Students from across the disciplines are represented, with business administration, criminal justice, and psychology majors leading the list. Other well-represented majors include biology, computer information Systems, early childhood and childhood education, and hospitality administration.

In general, students who have completed at least 12 credit hours and attained a term GPA of 3.5 or higher qualify for the Buffalo State dean’s list. Full criteria and grade-type exceptions can be found in the undergraduate catalog.
