Governor Andrew M. Cuomo will bring his statewide "People First" campaign to Buffalo State College Thursday, May 12, at 11:00 a.m. in Warren Enters Theatre, Upton Hall.

The governor will deliver his message of ethics reform, a property tax cap, and marriage equality to hundreds of Western New Yorkers and the local media.
