If Your Travel to Campus Is Affected by Winter Storm Jonas

Buffalo State is aware that students returning to campus from their homes on the East Coast may experience travel delays due to the weekend weather. Our residence halls opened early on Friday to receive returning students and will be open all weekend for students as they return back to campus.

If a student is absent Monday, January 25, due to travel delays caused by the winter storm, he or she should notify faculty by e-mail or phone and arrange to obtain any work that is missed.

We are asking faculty to be flexible regarding attendance for students returning from affected areas due to the weather-related reason for absence.

We hope all of our students travel safely back to campus and enjoy a successful start to the spring semester.
