The Buffalo Guitar Society is presenting the eleventh Rantucci International Guitar Festival & Competition from Thursday March 22 through Sunday March 25, 2007. The event is a collaboration between the Buffalo Guitar Society, Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Burchfield-Penney Art Center, Buffalo State College and Rockwell Performing Arts Center. The four-day festival features an International Guitar Competition in two divisions, daily evening concerts, master classes, lectures, ensemble showcase and a vendor's fair.
All events are open to public with the exception of the preliminary rounds of the competition. Friday evening concerts are free of charge as part of GUSTO at the Gallery. All other events are at the Burchfield-Penney and Buffalo State College.
- Tickets for concerts are $15 General Admission, $7 for Seniors and Students with ID.
- Daily passes are $15 and allow admittance to all events including concerts.
- Four-Day Festival Passes are $45 and allow admittance to all events including concerts.
