Keddie Named to the ECAC West All-Academic Team
Buffalo State goaltender Mary Keddie (Williamsville North) was the lone Bengal selected to the 2003 ECAC Division III Women's West Ice Hockey All-Academic Team.
To be named to the all-academic team, student-athletes must have completed at least one academic year; have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale and have competed in at least one-half of her team's contests during the current season (goaltenders must have played in at least 33 percent of the team's minutes).
Keddie, a junior, carries a 3.51 grade-point-average while majoring in psychology. She was also named the ECAC West Player of the Year after leading the Bengals to the conference playoffs for the second straight season.
