McElman, Prybylski, O'Connell to Lead Men's Hockey Team
Buffalo State announced its men's hockey captains, naming Morgan McElman (Bayside, NB/Berkshire Prep) and Greg Prybylski (Cheektowaga/Cheektowaga) co-captains, while assigning Sean O'Connell (Buffalo/St. Francis) with assistant captain responsibilities.
McElman is in his third and final season with the Bengals. A rugged forward, he is already tied for 10th on Buffalo State's all-time scoring list with 41 career points (13 goals, 28 assists) in 48 games.
Prybylski enters his junior season with 20 goals and 36 points in 49 career games. He was second on the Bengals last season with 11 goals.
O'Connell made an instant impact last season, as the the rookie defenseman was named the team's Most Valuable Player. The sophomore defenseman tallied 17 points in 24 games on the blueline last season.
