Men's basketball player Dion Mozelle (Rego Park/ Xaverian) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week. The senior forward averaged 19.0 points and 11.0 rebounds in two road games over the weekend. Mozelle, majoring in individualized studies, had his 11 career double-double at Oneonta on Friday with 16 points and 13 boards, and tallied 22 and nine in an overtime loss at New Paltz on Saturday. Mozelle currently has 973 career points and is closing in on becoming just the 18th player in school history to surpass the 1,000-point plateau.
