Men's basketball player Glenroy Carr (Amherst/ Sweet Home) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week. The freshman scored a career-best 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds in a critical 66-61 win at Fredonia on Saturday. Carr was 5 of 6 from the field and 3 of 3 from the charity stripe. The win bumped the Bengals into the fourth and final playoff position in SUNYAC West with five league games remaining.
