Men's basketball player Josh Becker (Hamburg/Frontier) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week for the third time this year.

Becker was named the Most Valuable Player of the Buffalo State Holiday Inn Invitational after leading the Bengals to wins over Hilbert and D'Youville this past weekend. He averaged 18.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 6 assists for the tourney, including 22 points and 12 rebounds against Hilbert on Friday.
