Men's Basketball player Josh Becker has been name Buffalo State Athlete of the Week. This weekend Becker helped the Bengals to a third place finish in the 19th annual Coles Classic, held at the Buffalo State Sports Arena.

Becker recorded 23 points, six rebounds, and four steals in the 80-75 Bengals loss to against eventual tournament champion Elmira.

On Saturday, Becker led the Bengals to victory over the Cazenovia Wildcats, 80-63 while recording 16 points and nine rebounds. Becker was also named to the All Tournament team for his efforts.
