Men's hockey goaltender Sean Sheehan (Mt. Laurel, NJ/Lenape) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week, after helping the Bengals clinch their second-consecutive SUNYAC playoff berth. The senior criminal justice major recorded his fourth career shutout in a 3-0 win at Brockport on Friday. He made 35 saves, including stopping several breakaways to preserve the victory. He also had 35 save in a loss at Geneseo on Saturday.
