Men's Hockey Outmatched at Oswego
Buffalo State (2-3/0-1) opened its SUNYAC schedule tonight with a crushing 10-1 defeat at the hands of host Oswego.
The Lakers scored a pair of goals in the opening period, and had built a 7-0 lead early in the third period before the Bengals finally got on the scoreboard. Jonathan Pietrangelo (Port Robinson, ON/St. Michael) scored with an assist from Richard Curtis (Ottsville, PA/Pennridge). Oswego scored three more goals later in the third to finish the scoring. The Lakers outshot Buffalo State 40-23.
Buffalo State will visit Cortland tomorrow at 7 p.m.
